Please note our returns & refund policies below, for both courses and products.
Change of mind policy:
In line with Australian consumer law, please note, we do not accept any change of mind returns on products or courses.
All purchases on our store and all course purchases are final.
Major Problems & Damaged/Faulty Goods:
In line with Australian Consumer Law an exchange, refund or credit will be given in the case of damage or major problems.
This includes products, and courses both online and in person.
We will offer a replacement or a refund in these situations, you have up to 7 days after you receive your items to lodge a faulty/damaged goods claim.

If we require a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
